The company is part of Incentive, Peregrine’s technology incubator, which allows DairyX to receive this grant as part of the Israeli Incubator Program. The funding will enable DairyX to further develop their groundbreaking solutions and continue driving advancements in sustainable dairy production.
DairyX is pioneering sustainable, animal-free dairy through precision fermentation technology. Thier primary focus is developing the casein micelle, the crucial component of dairy often called the “holy grail” and have recently achieved this significant milestone.
